What Is an Agent?
An agent, in the context of the Sossusvlei Excursions concession, is any registered tourism professional or organisation that sells excursion tickets on behalf of the concession operator. Agents act as intermediaries between the concession and the end visitor, facilitating bookings through their own platforms, offices, or client relationships.
The agent model is a standard practice in Namibian and international tourism. It allows the concession to extend its reach to visitors who book through trusted travel professionals, while maintaining centralised control over capacity, pricing, and operational standards.
All agent bookings are processed through a dedicated TicketingHub widget — separate from the public booking system — ensuring that agent transactions are tracked, reported, and reconciled independently. This provides transparency for both the concession operator and the agent.

Registered NTB Operators
Namibian tourism operators registered with the Namibia Tourism Board, offering excursions as part of their itineraries.
Online Platforms
Digital travel platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs) that list and sell Sossusvlei excursions to a global audience.

Agent Standards
All agents are expected to represent the excursion accurately, adhere to published pricing, and ensure that their clients understand the environmental and safety protocols that apply within the Namib Naukluft National Park. Misrepresentation of the product or the concession is not tolerated.

Registration
Contact us to register as an approved agent. We verify your NTB registration or equivalent credentials.
Access
Once approved, use the dedicated agent booking widget below to make reservations on behalf of your clients.
Booking
Select dates, times, and passenger numbers. All bookings are confirmed instantly with digital tickets.
Reconciliation
Agent bookings are tracked separately. Monthly statements and commission reconciliation are provided.
On-Site
Your clients present their QR-code tickets at the boarding point. No additional on-site payment is required.
Agent Booking System
This booking widget is exclusively for registered agents and resellers. All transactions made through this system are logged to your agent account and reconciled separately from public bookings.
