Statement of Lawful Operation

All operations conducted by About Adelt Sossusvlei Concession Management (Pty) Ltd are carried out in accordance with Namibian law, applicable park regulations, and the signed Concession Operator Contract with the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism.

The Concession Operator Contract grants exclusive rights to operate paid 4x4 excursion services from the Sossusvlei 2x4 parking area into the restricted off-road zone leading to Deadvlei, within the Namib Naukluft National Park.

Unauthorised commercial operations within the concession area are not permitted under the terms of the concession agreement and applicable Namibian law.
